Sophie Hawkins

Sophie joined ASK in 2018 as legal and transaction associate. Prior to ASK, Sophie trained as a solicitor at Boodle Hatfield LLP and, after qualifying in 2016, spent two years in the firm’s corporate team where she gained experience of financial transactions, sales and acquisitions of companies, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts. At ASK Sophie is responsible for the legal due diligence on transactions, deal execution and transaction monitoring, alongside ASK’s external panel of law firms.
