Joe Freedman

Joe joined ASK in June 2021 and will be part of the origination team, originating, analysing and executing transactions across all asset classes and capital structures. Joe previously spent four years at property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton where he held a variety of roles, including property finance, corporate finance, investment, and asset management. Prior to this, he worked at Cushman Wakefield, Spink Property and Alternative Bridging Corporation in work experience and internship roles. Joe holds a BSc in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham and an MSc in Real Estate from the University College of Estate Management.
