Henry Ryder

Henry joined ASK in January 2021 as legal and transaction associate. Prior to ASK, Henry trained as a solicitor at White & Case LLP and, after qualifying in 2012, practised in the London offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Boodle Hatfield LLP where he specialised in secured lending and real estate finance transactions and gained experience of a wide range of finance matters. At ASK Henry manages the legal due diligence on transactions, deal execution and transaction monitoring, alongside ASK’s external panel of law firms.
