Prior to ASK, David was Chief Compliance Officer and MLRO for an alternative investment company, and previously consulted at key clients for Konexo, the legal and compliance services arm of Eversheds Sutherland and had senior roles at the banking software developer Finova and investment management software provider IFDS, now SS&C.
ASK has hired David Bolger, pictured, as Head of Compliance and Financial Crime.
