ASK provides £30.8m co-loan to finance Queensway development

ASK has provided a £30.8m co-loan with OakNorth to London-based developer Vabel. The facility is secured against an office building on Queensway, opposite former shopping centre The Whiteley. The site, recently purchased from MARK Capital Management, has planning consent for a beautifully designed mixed-use scheme comprising office, residential and retail accommodation.
