The loan is secured against a single-storey retail warehouse in Cricklewood, currently let to Matalan, and will provide time for Ziser London to complete the pre-construction phase for the site which has planning consent for a 239-bed built-to-rent scheme.
ASK has provided an £11.7m senior loan to Ziser London.
