ASK co-lends £6.85m with OakNorth Bank for office refinance

ASK has co-lent £6.85m with OakNorth Bank to refinance LBS Properties’ office building at 107 Gray’s Inn Road, London.

ASK has agreed terms to provide a 24-month senior loan of £6.85m against a 11,016 sq ft NIA freehold Grade A office building located between King’s Cross, Holborn and Farringdon. The Property is currently 60.5% let (6,663 sq ft) to a single tenant, Tetra Tech International Development Limited. The 3rd (2,500 sq ft) and 4th (1,443 sq ft) floors were fully refurbished and fitted out in 2022 and are currently being marketed for let as managed offices.
