ASK is delighted to have completed a £65.9m refinance of Groveworld Limited‘s King’s Cross mixed-use scheme, in conjunction with OakNorth Bank. The new facility will fund the next phase of the project which will see the redevelopment of the former Royal National Nose, Ear and Throat Hospital on Gray’s Inn Road which currently has planning for 72 high-quality new homes, over 14,000 sqm of new innovative lab-enabled office space and a 182-room lifestyle hotel.
