ASK completes £90m of transactions with partner GRE Finance

In the Spring of 2021, ASK backed property duo Daniel Benton and Michael Mirelman in their new venture; specialist bridge lending business, GRE Finance. The successful partnership has since completed £90m in transactions across a variety of asset classes.

Completed transactions include loans against:

A UK-wide portfolio of 76 properties (£17.3m)
A vacant freehold former education college on Holloway Road (£7.3m)
11,000 sq ft of offices and 4 flats in Covent Garden (£6.38m)
A freehold light industrial building on a 0.8-acre site in Kensal Green (£5m)
A 16,300 sq ft vacant former printworks in Clapham on a 0.35-acre site (£3.25m)
